Clinical Nurse Manager Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Nurse Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for providing leadership and direction to our nursing staff, ensuring that we deliver high-quality care to our residents.


The successful candidate will have a strong background in nursing, with experience in managing and leading clinical care teams. You will be able to demonstrate a high level of autonomy, initiative, and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the provision of high-quality clinical care to residents
  • Lead and manage the nursing team to achieve operational excellence and meet regulatory requirements
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, as required
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in nursing or higher qualification
  • Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
  • Experience in managing and leading clinical care teams, preferably in an aged care setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
