About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Aged Care Support Worker to join our team in Port Macquarie. As a Home Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our customers in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and domestic assistance to customers, including cleaning, meal preparation, and social support
  • Assist customers with medication management, mobility, and therapy goals
  • Provide respite and emotional support to customers and their families
  • Transport customers to appointments and lifestyle activities

Requirements
  • 6 months or more experience in a similar role, including personal care
  • Current P1 class or above Australian Drivers License and a registered vehicle
  • Ability to work independently and find solutions to everyday problems
  • Availability to work at least 3 days, Monday to Friday
