Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to support activities of daily living, mobility, transfers, falls prevention, skin integrity, joint management, and pain relief
  • Design and deliver tailored therapy programs that improve function and support independence
  • Provide one-on-one therapy interventions and group-based exercise sessions
  • Participate in care plan reviews and team case discussions
  • Adapt to the needs of the facility and contribute positively to the wider team
