Identity Management Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Identity and Access Management (IAM) professional to join our team as an IAM Engineer. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, deploying, and maintaining our Sailpoint IIQ infrastructure to ensure seamless application access and security.
Key Responsibilities- Manage user identities, authentication, authorization, roles, and access privileges.
- Provide operations and infrastructure support to software delivery teams.
- Maintain and support IGA platform - SailPoint IQ, One Identity.
- Perform regular system maintenance tasks, such as monitoring system logs, performance tuning, and system upgrades.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SailPoint IIQ infrastructure layer.
- Collaborate with security teams to enforce best practices, maintain platform security, and address vulnerabilities.
- Maintain detailed and up-to-date documentation of all processes, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
- Strong understanding of SailPoint IIQ and IAM concepts.
- Familiarity with related technologies such as SSO, LDAP, Active Directory, and other IAM technologies.
- Proficiency in relevant programming languages such as Java, BeanShell/JavaScript, JSP/Servlets, SQL.
- Familiarity with regulatory standards that affect Identity Management like SOX, GDPR, HIPAA etc.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to create clear and concise technical documentation.
- Understanding of project management principles and experience in managing multiple projects.
