We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Program Manager to join our Identity team at Atlassian. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the technical strategy and roadmap for our Identity platform.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with engineering stakeholders to define and execute technical projects related to Identity and Access Management.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our Identity platform and its components, including authorisation and authentication.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and address inhibitors, issues, or opportunities related to the Identity platform.
- Translate business and product requirements into technical requirements and solutions.
- Lead complex technical projects end-to-end, spanning multiple teams and dependencies.
- 5+ years of experience collaborating with software teams in similar roles, such as Technical Platform Product Manager or Technical/Software Program Manager.
- Experience with Identity/IAM platforms or solutions, including authorisation and authentication.
- Ability to analyse business priorities, customer needs, and industry trends and articulate a technical roadmap for the Identity platform.
- Strong technical acumen and understanding of how backend systems are designed.
- Experience influencing architecture or technical design.
- Able to translate customer and/or product requirements into technical requirements.
