Senior Manager Assurance and Oversight

This is a highly regarded opportunity to take on a pivotal role in driving assurance and oversight within a dynamic and collaborative environment.

  • Lead structured assurance reviews of Line 1 through to identify key risks and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and execute against a risk-based assurance plan, creating capacity for other targeted reviews as required.
  • Provide insightful assurance reports with clear actions and recommendations to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the control environment.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Proven experience in developing and executing against an assurance plan.
  • Extensive knowledge of non-financial risk disciplines, including operational risk, compliance, business continuity, policy, framework, project risk, and IT/Data risk.
  • Ability to develop strategic solutions and demonstrate a pragmatic approach to implementing and advancing risk management frameworks.
  • Strong project management and change management expertise.

While not essential, it would be advantageous to have:

  • Tertiary qualifications in business, law, finance, or a related field.
  • Certifications such as CPA, CIA, CA, or FRM.
