Job Title: Senior Manager Assurance and Oversight

This is an opportunity to proactively shape the future of the bank. You will lead, plan and perform assurance reviews, drive business transformation and provide strategic recommendations.

Responsibilities:
  1. Lead and manage a team of assurance professionals to drive business transformation and deliver high-quality results.
  2. Develop and execute against a structured, risk-based assurance plan to identify and mitigate risks.
  3. Provide insightful assurance reports with clear actions and recommendations to contribute to the continued uplift in the efficiency and effectiveness of the control environment.
  4. Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement effective risk management strategies.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in assurance, risk management and business transformation.
  • Technical knowledge and experience in non-financial risk disciplines.
  • Ability to develop strategic solutions and demonstrate a pragmatic approach to implementing and advancing risk management frameworks.
  • Proven project management and change management expertise.
  • Experience with review of complex risk issues and root cause analysis.
