Your Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and register owners and guests, ensuring a seamless check-in process
  • Schedule sales appointments with our onsite team, sharing insights about local attractions and amenities
  • Ensure all necessary paperwork is meticulously completed, maintaining the highest level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Establish genuine connections with our guests, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver personalized experiences
  • Collaborate closely with our resort operations team to ensure a smooth and welcoming experience for all guests

Requirements

  • Previous experience in face-to-face marketing or sales is highly desirable
  • Immaculate presentation and professional grooming standards
  • High levels of computer literacy
  • Previous experience with a property management system (PMS) is advantageous
  • Ability to recognize and solve problems in the workplace
  • Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including nights, weekends, and public holidays
