Deliver Exceptional Guest Experiences

As a Guest Experience Host at Travel + Leisure Co., you will be the first point of contact for our valued guests, providing a warm and welcoming experience that sets the tone for their entire stay. Your role will involve greeting and registering guests, providing information on local attractions, and ensuring seamless check-in and check-out processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Operate the front desk, handling guest registrations, check-ins, and check-outs, as well as managing room assignments and key cards.
  • Offer recommendations and information on local attractions, dining, and activities, enhancing the guest's overall experience.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth and efficient operation, including housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage services.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • No prior experience required, but a genuine passion for customer service and the local area is essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • Immaculate presentation and professional grooming standards.
  • High levels of computer literacy, with experience in PMS systems (Opera) an advantage.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, public and school holidays.
