Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate support worker to join our team in providing high-quality care to residents. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, empathy, and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver personalized care and support to residents, including assistance with daily living tasks, mobility, meals, and personal hygiene.
  • Maintain confidentiality and respect the dignity of all residents, their representatives, and staff members.
  • Undertake delegated tasks as directed by registered nurses, ensuring adherence to established protocols and policies.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or equivalent qualification.
  • Completion of relevant units of competency, including HLTHPS006 – Assist clients with medication.
  • Possession of a current National Police Certificate and valid Australian Work Rights.
Working Conditions:
