Customer Service Champion

The Wests Group is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Customer Service Champion to join their team. As a key member of the Bar and Gaming operations, you will provide exceptional customer service to members and guests in both indoor areas and outdoor spaces.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide friendly and courteous service to customers
  • Operate gaming machines, handle cash transactions, and reset jackpot wins
  • Deliver drinks orders to machines, clean workstations, and maintain equipment
  • Assist with training and mentoring junior staff members
  • Collaborate with the Duty Management team to coordinate shifts and ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar role or industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work night shifts and weekends
  • Basic knowledge of NSW liquor and gaming legislation
