About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Cleaning Team Member to join our team at Macarthur Square shopping centre.

The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer service and demonstrate a strong commitment to delivering high-quality cleaning services.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are proactive, well-presented, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Prior commercial or retail cleaning experience preferred (on-the-job training will be provided)
  • An understanding of chemical handling procedures and proper cleaning techniques (or willingness to learn)
  • Cleaning Machinery experience (scrubbing, buffing, car park sweeper) preferred
  • Good knowledge of and a commitment to safe working practices
  • Physical fitness to carry out standard duties and ability to walk for lengthy periods
  • Good listening skills and the ability to follow instructions
  • Verbal and written English language proficiency
  • Able to work flexible hours and public holidays
  • Valid work rights in Australia
