About the Role

We are seeking an experienced cleaning professional to join our team at Macarthur Square shopping centre.

As a key member of our cleaning team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout the centre.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, develop your skills and knowledge, and make a real difference to our customers and colleagues.

What We Are Looking For

  • Excellent customer service skills and a passion for delivering outstanding results
  • Proactive approach with a strong attention to detail
  • Prior commercial or retail cleaning experience preferred (on-the-job training provided)
  • Understanding of chemical handling procedures and proper cleaning techniques
  • Cleaning machinery experience (scrubbing, buffing, car park sweeper) advantageous
  • Good knowledge of and commitment to safe working practices
  • Physical fitness to carry out standard duties and ability to walk for lengthy periods
  • Good listening skills and ability to follow instructions
  • Verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Ability to work flexible hours and public holidays
  • Valid work rights in Australia
