We are seeking dependable cleaners to join our expanding team in Sydney. Our company provides facilities management services across Australia, including cleaning, waste management, and maintenance.

About the Role:

  • Perform general cleaning tasks such as surface scrubbing, dusting, mopping, vacuuming, restroom cleaning, consumable replenishment, and washbasin upkeep.
  • Undertake toilet cleaning duties with attention to detail and cleanliness standards.
  • Work independently to ensure contractual obligations are met and exceeded, reporting any on-site issues to management.
  • Utilize various cleaning equipment to restore surfaces to a clean and hygienic state.
  • Assist supervisors in ensuring all cleaning activities meet contractual requirements.
  • Demonstrate ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Prioritize and execute tasks independently.
  • Adhere to rigorous Work, Health, and Safety standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Possession of valid Australian work rights and a current Police check.
  • Previous commercial cleaning experience is advantageous for success in this role.
  • Demonstrated cleaning experience with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in customer service and effective communication.
  • Dedication to safety practices and understanding of safe chemical usage.
