Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Professional to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with sales teams to build strong customer relationships and drive revenue growth through effective communication and collaboration.
  • Develop and maintain service continuity by providing training and support to colleagues as needed, ensuring documented procedures are up-to-date.
  • Communicate effectively with customers on services offered, standards expected, and ensure timely resolution of queries and issues.
  • Proactively engage with commercial managers and external stakeholders to address customer needs and concerns.
  • Utilize provided tools, processes, and systems to achieve defined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Collaborate with the Trade and Installer team to meet or exceed sales targets for CM$ volume.
  • Provide administrative and sales support to the team, including data entry, report preparation, and other tasks as assigned.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives focused on enhancing customer service and reducing waste.
