About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and charismatic sales professional to join our team as a Customer Experience Associate in our Bendigo store.

This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with customers and colleagues.

As a Customer Experience Associate, you will be responsible for providing a world-class shopping experience to our customers. This includes assisting with stock receipt, ensuring products are unpacked and allocated appropriately, and developing interpersonal relationships with customers and colleagues.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A proven track record of success in a customer-centric retail environment with excellent customer service skills
  • Experience in receiving and stocking merchandise, including unpacking and allocating products efficiently
  • A commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences and exceeding customer expectations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • A consultative approach to selling, with the ability to find the right products for our customers
  • The ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly creative and detail-oriented, with a keen eye for visual merchandising and display
  • Strong problem-solving and listening skills, with the ability to resolve customer complaints and concerns
