Job Title: Data Protection Lead Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Data Protection Lead Specialist to join our team.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our data protection efforts, ensuring that our data is secure and protected from unauthorized access or breaches.

As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our IT department to implement and maintain our data protection policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective data protection strategies to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Collaborate with our IT department to design and deploy robust data security measures.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of data protection activities and provide regular reporting to senior management.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in data protection, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of relevant regulations and standards, such as GDPR and HIPAA.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
