Quarry Maintenance Supervisor Opportunity

This role involves overseeing the maintenance of a quarry to ensure it operates efficiently and effectively.

Key responsibilities include coordinating shutdowns, ensuring plant and equipment are compliant with statutory requirements, and maintaining accurate records.

Additionally, you will identify opportunities for improvement in maintenance tasks and processes, as well as monitor and address any environmental, health and safety issues.

About You

To succeed in this position, you will have a strong mechanical aptitude in crushing plants and mobile equipment, previous experience in a similar role, and a trade qualification (desired but not essential).

You will also possess experience in pneumatic and hydraulic systems, be familiar with using SAP CMMS, and have a solid grasp of MS Excel.

Required skills include a results-driven focus, self-motivation, a commitment to risk management and Zero Harm, understanding of safety systems, work methods, and risk assessments.
