Technical Solutions Expert

Vanta empowers businesses to secure the internet and protect consumer data. As a Technical Solutions Expert, you will be instrumental in helping our customers achieve their security goals.

Your primary responsibility will be to lead technical discussions with key prospects and customers, ensuring they have everything they need to get the most out of Vanta's products. You will work closely with the sales team to identify customer needs and develop innovative solutions to address them.

  • Develop a deep understanding of product capabilities, integrations, configurations, messaging, partner ecosystem, and competitive landscape.
  • Listen carefully to prospects and clients to provide market feedback to the product team and help prioritize functionality needed to drive sales opportunities.
  • Support customers through their trial process with Vanta.
  • Build product examples, documentation, and other critical resources for our customers.
  • Cultivate an environment of teamwork, openness, creativity, and continuous improvement.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • 3+ years of customer-facing, technical experience as a technical engineer or equivalent title.
  • Previous B2B SaaS experience.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms: AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure & Operating Systems (Windows, MacOS, Linux) and cloud application architecture.
  • Strong project management skills with a proven ability to operate in a startup environment that lacks structure of a larger organization.
  • Be creative, technical, and naturally persuasive.
  • Be detail-oriented and organized.
