Job Title: Senior Security Specialist">

We are seeking a skilled Security Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience with high-end electronic security systems, including alarm/security systems, CCTV systems, intercom systems, access control, and integrated systems.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the service, maintenance, or installation & commissioning of a wide range of security systems. They must ensure that security systems and practices comply with relevant regulations, laws, and organizational policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Service, maintenance, or installation & commissioning of a wide range of security systems
  • Ensure security systems and practices comply with relevant regulations, laws, and organizational policies
  • Develop and update security policies as needed
  • Stay informed about the latest security technologies and industry best practices
  • Evaluate and recommend new solutions to improve security effectiveness

Requirements:

  • Previous experience with Gallagher, Integriti, Tecom, Axis, Hikvision, Milestone
  • Ability to program premium access control panels
  • Extensive IP network knowledge
  • Current security industry licence - 2BC
  • Work Cover OH&S General induction card and cabling licence
  • Proven track record working unsupervised with attention to detail
  • Competency with IP cameras, video management software, and networks
  • Driver's licence
