That's where you come in.RoleWe're looking for a Senior Security Engineer who's hands-on, customer-focused and passionate about security architecture, tools and best practices.You'll work directly with customers to guide them through secure solution implementation, act as a trusted technical advisor, and elevate the overall onboarding experience.
You'll also drive improvements, mentor team members, and ensure every new customer gets off to a secure and successful start.A Bit About YouYou're a seasoned Cyber Security SME with strong hands-on experience in implementation and architecture; You're comfortable leading technical conversations with customers and translating complex security concepts into real-world onboarding outcomes; You've worked in customer-facing roles and know how to build trust while solving real problems; You're all about continuous improvement and taking ownership to enhance processes and outcomes; You're a collaborator who thrives in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
Some Of The Key Things You'll DoLead the technical aspects of onboarding new cybersecurity customers from start to finish; Design secure integrations and ensure compliance with industry security standards; Provide hands-on support and troubleshooting during onboarding phases; Act as the go-to technical contact for customers, conducting workshops, training, and sharing best practices; Continuously improve onboarding workflows, tools, and documentation; Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing across teams.
