As an Exceptional Customer Experience Representative, you will play a vital role in helping customers find their perfect bike and providing them with an exceptional shopping experience. You'll work closely with our team to ensure that every customer leaves feeling happy and satisfied.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service and support daily operations
  • Use our sales process to connect customers with the right bikes and gear
  • Develop your sales and customer service skills through training and on-the-job experience
  • Follow up on quotes and lead communications to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Participate in daily huddles and debriefs to stay aligned with the team
  • Make customer-focused decisions to create positive experiences
  • Respond to phone calls and store emails with professionalism and helpfulness
