Lead Quarry Professional

We seek a seasoned quarry or mining professional to oversee the safe and efficient operation of our key operational asset. As a pivotal member of our team, you will apply your skills and experience to ensure the delivery of high-quality resources for the community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the safe, efficient, and compliant operation of the quarry.
  • Apply your skills and experience to maintain a Practicing Certificate for a Tier 2 Quarry.
  • Lead a team of professionals to achieve operational excellence.
  • Identify challenges early and implement effective solutions.
  • Communicate clearly with stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Certificate IV in Surface Extraction Operations (or equivalent).
  • Demonstrated experience managing quarry or mining operations.
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Australian residency or a valid work visa.
  • Current Class 'C' Driver Licence.
