Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.

Job Description:

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic and customer-focused organization. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

You will work closely with the management team to deliver excellent store results and customer service. Your role will involve customer sales, service, administrative support and facility maintenance.

Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be self-motivated and able to work using their own initiative or with support and direction. They will also enjoy problem solving and taking ownership of tasks.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Willingness to learn new skills associated with a sales and customer service role, with training provided.
  • Self-motivation and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
