Job Opportunity: Assistant Manager Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as an Assistant Manager. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in supporting the management team and contributing to the overall success of our organization.

  • Responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that all customers receive a positive experience
  • Manage property presentation and cleanliness standards to maintain a high level of quality

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and customer service, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will be self-motivated, results-driven and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop a team of staff members to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement business strategies and plans
  • Ensure that all operational procedures are followed and that the store is maintained in a clean and organized manner

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a sales or customer-facing role
  • Proven track record in sales and customer service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
