Investment Role
As a Senior Investment Analyst, you will be responsible for conducting research and analysis to support the management of the investment program. Your key contributions will include assisting your team with the management of multiple asset classes such as Equities and Real Assets, conducting investment research and analysis, due diligence on new investments and investment managers, monitoring and reviewing existing investments and investment managers in relevant asset classes, implementing changes in conjunction with the Head of Asset Class or Investment Manager, contributing ideas and actively supporting discussion on relevant asset classes, and contributing to asset class reviews and papers for the board and investment committee.

Key Requirements
  • A minimum of previous experience as a Senior Investment Analyst or Investment Analyst.
  • A strong understanding of effective Investment research and analysis to ensure positive outcomes.
  • Experience working and liaising with Investment managers.
  • A good understanding of multiple asset classes.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a collegiate approach and the ability to work independently.
  • Collaborative team player with a strong work ethic, capable of working productively and cohesively within a team environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
  • A comprehensive understanding of the superannuation industry, particularly investments within superannuation.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications with post-graduate or industry accreditations viewed favourably.
