Job Title: ETF Operations Associate

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to join our team as an ETF Operations Associate.

This role is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the ETF trade lifecycle, including end-of-day PnL. The successful candidate will be responsible for position reconciliations, ensuring trades are captured in a timely manner, and positions are accurate and reconciled to external brokers.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 4+ years Profit and Loss reporting experience within financial markets.
  • In-depth knowledge of ETF life cycle, handling trade flow through to settlement.
  • Knowledge of equity swaps and futures necessary.
  • Experience in translation of foreign profit and loss into base currency.
  • Maintaining strong organisational skills and meticulous record-keeping, as well as fostering efficiency and accuracy to complete tasks and follow process.
