Middle Office Trade Specialist

This is an exceptional opportunity to advance your career in a reputable Global trading firm. As a senior trading associate, you will play a pivotal role in the day-to-day running of the ETF trade lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:- Reconcile positions, cash, and trade activity prior to market open to ensure seamless operations.
- Verify front office estimates against various broker reporting to maintain accuracy.
- Analyze accruals including interest, internal capital charges, borrow expenses, brokerage fees & rebates to optimize efficiency.
- Manage fund transfers across brokers, including cross-border transfers for restricted currency, to ensure timely settlements.
- Understand and validate Prime Broker Margin & OTC Collateral policies/models to mitigate risks.
- Oversee the life cycle of ETF creations and redemptions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Act as liaison between operations, traders, and internal departments, as well as brokers, to foster collaboration and communication.
- Contribute to business growth and expansion into new products and markets by providing strategic support.
