About This Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to lead complex site operations and contribute to building a more sustainable future.

You will oversee the mobilization, execution, and completion of projects at customer sites, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery of our solutions.

Your Key Responsibilities
  1. Prepare site mobilization and execution plans.
  2. Manage site administration, organization, and resource planning.
  3. Advise on installation activities and coordinate execution schedules.
  4. Evaluate compliance with local laws, regulations, and HSSE policies.
  5. Conduct site inductions for all personnel.
  6. Organize and lead site meetings.
  7. Develop and maintain effective site reporting practices.
  8. Monitor work progress and collect accurate reports.
  9. Promote cost-effective construction practices.
  10. Manage site budgets and control costs.
  11. Participate in subcontracting and local procurement activities.
  12. Evaluate quality control and minimize risks throughout site execution.
  13. Oversee site demobilization and ensure contractual obligations are met.
Your Qualifications
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Experience in site management, preferably in marine or energy projects.
  • Understanding of local regulations and safety standards.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-focused.
  • Effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
