Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team in a Recruitment Advisor role.

In this position, you will be responsible for guiding and promoting talent capability uplift, future-proofing our workforce, and delivering top quality customer service.

You will partner with various divisions of the bank to achieve our vision of becoming Australia's bank of choice. This involves attracting, acquiring, and retaining talented and diverse people.

As the expert in your field, you will be given autonomy and ownership to manage your own portfolio of stakeholders and roles.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a supportive and collaborative team environment where your work will be valued, and your input and ideas are always welcome.

The ideal candidate will have a relevant degree level or qualification, preferably in HR or Business discipline. They should also have demonstrated previous experience in internal talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably gained in a commercial/complex environment.

Additionally, the successful candidate will have proven capabilities in translating recruitment outcomes into sourcing initiatives and campaigns. They should also be able to deliver talent sourcing that aligns to workforce planning initiatives and promote an authentic employee value proposition.

Sound knowledge of employment law, hiring practices, best-practice interview techniques, tracking processes for applicants and open positions, and employee lifecycle metrics is essential. The ability to use data to inform decisions and translate it into recruitment outcomes is also crucial.

Experience recruiting in the banking and financial services industry is highly regarded but not essential.
