About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Agile Product Manager to join our Identity and Access Management team at Coles. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building effective relationships with project stakeholders, understanding objectives and business value of projects, and maturing project engagement collateral to educate projects on Identity patterns and standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize OKRs to define objectives and key success measures for your squads
  • Prioritize backlog with projects, partners with the crew lead to ensure the backlog aligns with the business and delivery needs
  • Manage and prioritize backlog to deliver on your quarterly objectives and key commercial outcomes
  • Accountable for the results (customer/business outcome) of your squads
  • Promote agile methodologies and continuous improvements while coaching and supporting the squads or teams
  • Coordinate dependencies and sequence the Epics and Stories to ensure the team's ability to consistently deliver value in small increments
  • Promote and support the team to become autonomous in their delivery practices
  • Foster and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment around backlog and priorities
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a consistent history of delivering measurable results for both users and the business. You will also need to be skilled in translating business requirements into product concepts and solutions, and have exceptional communication skills. Experience working across multiple squads and contributing to the Product Management Chapter is also essential.

You will need to be able to identify and prioritize work based on business value, and have demonstrated knowledge of Agile methodology. Experience building and maintaining squad backlog is also preferred. Additionally, you will need to have a strong understanding of Cyber Security, Identity and Access Management, and be able to work collaboratively with business stakeholders, analysts, architects, and designers.

We are looking for a highly collaborative individual who is able to engage and collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders. You will need to be able to listen well, build consensus by default, and drive hard decisions when needed. You will also need to be able to push the pace and drive results.
