About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Associate Product Manager to join our team at Coles Group, a leading retailer in Australia. As a key member of our product enablement team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and customer satisfaction through the development and implementation of innovative product solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize product backlogs, ensuring alignment with business and product strategies.
  • Contribute to the end-to-end execution of product initiatives, from discovery to delivery, to drive customer fulfillment and business outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including customers, business leaders, and technical teams, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Translate business requirements and customer insights into product concepts and solutions, driving business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the product team to design and implement product features, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a Junior/Associate Product Manager or Business Analyst in an online retail environment.
  • Proven track record of delivering measurable results for customers and the business, with a strong understanding of product lifecycle and agile principles.
  • Experience working with ERP systems (NetSuite) and warehouse systems to support customer fulfillment improvements.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to drive hard decisions and push the pace.
