This role provides an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the retirement journey of our members, managing end-to-end claims processes with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
You will be responsible for navigating complex situations with confidence and expertise, leveraging comprehensive knowledge of superannuation and life insurance products to ensure all requirements are met and exceeded.
About This Role- Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end claims processes from initial receipt to final resolution, ensuring all requirements are met and exceeded.
- Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including claimants, employers, and medical professionals, fostering an environment of trust and collaboration.
- Navigate complex situations with confidence and expertise, leveraging comprehensive knowledge of superannuation and life insurance products.
- Effectively manage escalated situations, ensuring resolutions are reached promptly and professionally through adept negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Articulate complex information clearly and concisely, both written and verbally, to foster understanding and trust with claimants.
