Claims Process Specialist

As an Insurance Claims Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the retirement experience of our members.
Key Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end claims processes to ensure seamless and efficient resolution of claims.
- Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including claimants, agents, and medical professionals.
- Drive continuous improvement in service excellence through proactive identification and implementation of process enhancements.
You will have the opportunity to navigate complex situations, leverage your expertise in superannuation and life insurance products, and negotiate effectively with stakeholders to reach resolutions promptly and professionally.
About You- Bring significant experience in claims administration and case management, with a focus on handling Total and Permanent Disablement (TPD), Income Protection (IP), and Permanent Incapacity claims.
- Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and articulate complex information clearly and concisely.
