Claims Service Consultant

Job Overview:

The Claims Service Consultant plays a pivotal role in supporting customers throughout the claims process. This involves collaborating with stakeholders to gather information and assess claims, ensuring compliance with established guidelines and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage claims in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Adhere to external regulations and industry standards.
  • Provide high-quality support to customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Liaise closely with relevant departments to facilitate seamless project work.
  • Contribute towards a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Strive for excellence in customer service and outcomes.
  • Nurture collaborative relationships to achieve mutually beneficial solutions.

Requirements:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and administration support within the Claims function.
  • Process customer amendments via system applications.
  • Support customers through the claims lodgement and information gathering process.
  • Effectively communicate with customers and clients regarding claim management.
  • Operate Direct claims IVR and other claims IVRs as needed.
