Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized support to members, addressing their transactional needs and enquiries.
  • Engage in meaningful conversations to understand members' financial goals and provide tailored solutions.
  • Build strong relationships with members to help them achieve their long-term financial objectives.
  • Educate members on digital and mobile banking tools to enhance their banking experience.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve strategic goals and contribute to a positive branch culture.
  • Ensure accurate and timely personal lending submissions, adhering to regulatory and responsible lending obligations.
  • Provide leadership support to the Branch Manager and contribute to the success of the team.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional member experiences. You'll need strong communication skills, a genuine desire to help others, and experience in cash handling and reconciliation. Previous experience in customer service and banking is highly regarded.
