About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales professional to join our team at EBR. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in the audiovisual and multimedia industry, with a strong understanding of technology solutions and their applications in the financial services and boutique high-end retail industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and follow up on new leads through tele/e-marketing, cold calls, and other means
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients
  • Prepare sales quotes, proposals, and presentations
  • Seize and close sales opportunities that arise from assigned clients
  • Achieve sales targets and key performance indicators
  • Structure, obtain approval, and negotiate terms and conditions for sizeable deals
  • Collaborate with pre-sales, service delivery, and administration teams to achieve client satisfaction
  • Manage account receivables

Requirements:

  • Clear English communication skills
  • 3+ years of business development or sales experience
  • Experience selling technology solutions into financial clients (advantageous)
  • Excellent cross-cultural communication skills, including formal and informal presentations, listening ability, and effective escalation of issues
  • Able to explain complex solutions in layperson's terms
