  • Maintain the knowledge database for training documentation
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and gaps

A strong background in training or experience creating/delivering training content is essential for this role. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be confident in facilitating learning programs, and possess a customer-first approach.
