Lead Trainer and Assessor Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our trainer and assessor team. The successful candidate will ensure high-quality, compliant training and assessment, outstanding student engagement, and consistent delivery performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct, support, and coach trainers to deliver exceptional training and assessment.
  • Maintain performance standards, SLAs, and delivery compliance with regulatory bodies and internal policies.
  • Provide guidance and support on student queries, feedback, and complaints related to trainers.
  • Collaborate with Academic Operations to implement quality improvements and initiatives.
  • Facilitate one-on-ones, team meetings, and onboarding for new trainers.
  • Support trainers to maintain currency of qualifications, PD, and industry engagement.

Requirements:

  • Proven leadership experience in vocational education and training.
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent).
  • Relevant vocational qualifications and current industry currency.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory standards and delivery compliance.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
