This Full-Time Fixed Term opportunity is based in Geelong within our educational program. The position reports to the Deputy Executive Principal, and successful candidates must have relevant postgraduate qualifications in education, extensive experience in senior leadership positions, and a demonstrated commitment to child safety and wellbeing.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading an exceptional teaching, learning, and wellbeing environment at your campus.
  • Fostering a culture where every student feels supported, valued, and empowered to succeed.
  • Working closely with the Deputy Executive Principal and other senior leaders to drive transformative change.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, a strong understanding of the Victorian Child Safe Standards, and a commitment to trauma-informed practice in an educational setting.
