Job Title:

Nursing Educator Role

About the Position:

This role involves delivering high-quality education and training to students undertaking our Diploma of Nursing program.

The successful applicant will be responsible for designing, developing, and facilitating learning experiences that ensure students gain the necessary knowledge, skills, and competencies to register as Enrolled Nurses with AHPRA and work in the healthcare industry providing safe, patient-centred care.

Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and facilitate learning experiences for Diploma of Nursing students
  • Teach theoretical and practical nursing content to ensure students gain required knowledge, skills, and competencies
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve educational goals and objectives
Requirements:
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116/TAE40122) or equivalent
  • Industry qualifications, specifically a Bachelor of Nursing to enable teaching Diploma of Nursing
  • Current AHPRA registrations and industry employment
  • Current knowledge, relevant skills, and industry experience
Working Hours:

The workday expectation for preparation, teaching, and assessment is between 8am and 5pm, Monday to Friday.
