About the Role

A unique opportunity has arisen for a highly skilled individual to join Knox Grammar School as a Director of Alumni Relations, responsible for driving the growth and development of the alumni community and leading the Old Knox Grammarians' Association (OKGA).

The OKGA is one of Australia's largest and most active alumni associations, with over 12,000 members. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in project management, strategic development, and implementation or business administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to grow and engage the alumni community
  • Lead the OKGA to deliver a range of programs and services for ex-students of Knox Grammar School
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including alumni, parents, and staff
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • At least 5 years' experience in project management, strategic development, and implementation or business administration
  • Proven track record of success in relationship management, membership communication, strategy development, and execution
  • Experience working with digital communications and social media desirable
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

What We Offer

  • $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, dependent on experience
