About the Role

Van Cleef & Arpels is seeking a talented Communications Manager to lead our Sydney-based Communications Team. As a key member of our Marketing & Communications team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a communication strategy for the Australian and New Zealand market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a communication strategy that aligns with the Maison's strategy and standards of excellence.
  • Lead the Sydney-based Communications Team and their activities, setting priorities and KPIs for all media channels and events.
  • Spearhead the building of the Maison's image locally, including product launches, partnership events, and VIP trips.
  • Establish strong connections with editors, press, stylists, and opinion leaders, as well as media agencies.
  • Plan and implement a strategic media plan, including print, digital, and social media.
  • Oversee press pitches, PR materials, photo-shooting, and all PR-related projects.
  • Develop and leverage relevant strategic partners to nurture the Maison's awareness and stature locally.
  • Manage, motivate, inspire, and develop Communications team members, defining and delegating tasks efficiently and providing timely, factual feedback.
