Medical Administration Support

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to provide administrative support in our busy surgical specialist practice.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for taking inbound phone calls, booking patient appointments, and managing claims to Medicare, DVA, and ADF.
  • Other tasks may include assisting with medical administration duties, supporting the surgical bookings office, and providing assistance to doctors as needed.

This is a dynamic and fast-paced environment that values a positive workplace culture. We are looking for an additional team member who shares these values.

Key Requirements
  • Prior experience in non-GP specialist practice rooms, GP clinics, allied health, or dental clinics is essential.
  • A casual role with potential to become part-time as the practice grows.
