Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Rental Operations Agent at Apex Brisbane Airport. This is a casual role that offers a competitive hourly rate and the opportunity to start your career journey in Brisbane.

About the Role
  • Welcome and assist customers at the rental counter
  • Complete rental transactions, bookings, and contracts
  • Promote our products and services
  • Inspect vehicles for damage and cleanliness
  • Clean the interior and exterior of vehicles to company standards
Requirements
  • A full and valid Australian driver's licence
  • Availability to work a rotating roster (including weekends, evenings, and public holidays)
  • Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales is an advantage
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while delivering exceptional service
  • Comfortable using computer systems to manage bookings and rental information
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
