We are seeking a highly skilled technical product specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional products and services that meet the needs of our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Create yearly plans aligned with key performance indicators (KPIs) focused on the concrete market.
- Develop specifications for fibers, Wt200, recycled concrete, and UCS Pak in consultation with key stakeholders.
- Deliver professional presentations to consultants, emphasizing the benefits of our concrete products.
- Maintain a product sample kit and disseminate knowledge about new concrete products and concepts.
- Provide accurate product and technical support for our concrete products.
- Offer sound technical solutions to designers, showcasing how these products can address project needs.
- Attend sales meetings, relay specifications and leads to the sales team, and maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
- Regularly update contact lists and project information related to the concrete market.
- Meet set KPIs related to targeted presentations, specification progress, and potential sales.
- Proven ability to present technical information related to concrete products to stakeholders and industry professionals.
- 3-5 years' experience related to the field of civil engineering and construction industry, ideally with concrete product experience.
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets within the concrete market.
- Strong commercial awareness and understanding of the concrete industry.
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills, essential for working with industry stakeholders.
- Results-oriented and driven to achieve sales goals.
