About the role:

Dandy Premix is seeking experienced Concrete Agitator Drivers for casual roles at plants in Cranbourne VIC.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver Pre-mixed Concrete Products timely and safely
  • Lead OH&S and Environmental compliance during deliveries
  • Maintain safety standards and demonstrate safety leadership
  • Build effective relationships with customers and motivate team results
  • Complete daily pre-start checks for vehicle safety
  • Keep vehicles clean (internal and external)
  • Foster a productive team environment with high morale
  • Operate agitator trucks safely during loading and delivery
  • Perform basic vehicle maintenance as required
  • Maintain yard and plant housekeeping
  • Perform additional duties as requested
  • Hold HR / HC licences
  • Willing to undertake pre-employment drug and alcohol testing

Skills and experience:

  • Experience in delivering pre-mixed concrete products
  • Ability to lead OH&S and environmental compliance
  • Experience with safe operation of agitator trucks
  • Basic vehicle maintenance skills
