Concrete Product Specialist

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating yearly plans aligned with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), focusing on key companies in the concrete market.
Deliverables:
- Create specifications for Fibers, Wt200, Recycled Concrete and UCS Pak in consultation with key specifiers.
- Develop professional presentations to consultants, emphasizing the benefits of Sika's concrete products.
- Provide accurate product and technical support for Sika's concrete products.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and update contact lists and project information related to the concrete market.
- Meet set KPIs related to targeted presentations, specification progress and potential sales.
About You
The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to present technical information related to concrete products to specifiers and industry professionals.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years' experience related to the field of civil engineering and construction industry, ideally with concrete product experience.
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets within the concrete market.
- Strong commercial awareness and understanding of the concrete industry.
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills, essential for working with concrete industry stakeholders.
- Results-oriented and driven to achieve sales goals.
