Job Description:Role Summary

This role will lead and implement a global communications strategy to enhance risk management and drive member success. You will work closely with leadership teams, risk experts, and colleague connection specialists to ensure internal communications align with our target risk culture and support the Fund's 2035 Strategy.

  • Develop and execute a dynamic global internal communications plan to support the successful execution and embedding of the Fund's refreshed risk framework.
  • Contribute to building a global risk performance culture aligned with the Fund's 2035 Strategy, driving sustainable change and organisational resilience through effective communication.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to colleagues, leadership teams, and stakeholders on communications to promote and embed a mature risk management culture.
  • Partner with senior managers, business units, and other stakeholders to identify challenges and opportunities for continuous improvement, uplifting organisational resilience and risk culture through communications.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and implementation of best practice playbooks and toolkits for use by leaders and quality content for internal channels to drive the outcomes of the strategy.
  • Collaborate with senior managers, business units, and other stakeholders to identify challenges and opportunities for ongoing improvement.
  • Support the preparation of senior leaders with guidance and coaching on how to communicate effectively.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience working in a similar in-house position or consultancy role.
  • Demonstrated internal communications experience within financial services and knowledge of regulators in the sector.
  • Demonstrated internal risk communications expertise.
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement and management skills.
  • Ability to identify and manage emerging issues and trends.
  • Experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
  • Familiarity with the Australian superannuation system is desirable.
