Global Risk Communications Leader

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and implementing a global communications strategy that drives better member outcomes through risk excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a dynamic internal communications strategy that supports the successful execution of the Fund's refreshed risk framework.
  • Contribute to building a global risk performance culture aligned with the Fund's 2035 Strategy, driving sustainable change and organizational resilience.
  • Provide guidance and support to colleagues, the Board, and Executive team on communications to promote a mature risk management culture.
  • Partner with senior management, business units, and stakeholders to identify challenges and opportunities for continuous improvement in organizational resilience and risk culture through communications.
  • Support the integration of program implementation with relevant organizational functions, initiatives, and processes.
  • Support senior leaders with coaching on how to communicate with impact.
  • Lead the development and implementation of playbooks and toolkits for SLN and people leaders as well as quality content for internal channels.
Requirements
  • Deep experience working in similar in-house positions or consultancy roles.
  • Demonstrated internal communications experience within financial services and knowledge of regulators.
  • Demonstrated internal risk communications experience.
  • Transformation and change communications experience.
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement and management skills.
  • Tight deadline management and competing priorities.
  • Senior leadership experience in complex organizations.
  • Emerging issues and trends identification and management.
  • Compelling content development for all channels.
  • High-performing team leadership and development experience.
  • Australian superannuation system knowledge is desirable.
